Your having A FREE WILL is not what happens over night; though it can. The only reason it doesn't happen is because of YOUR attachment to the familiar. Use this modality to reclaim what programming is inside of you unconsciously controlling your expression, existence, attractions, etc. There is only one process happening, and it is YOU diving into the abyss that you are not aware runs inside of you and claiming awareness of it; at THAT POINT you are given a free will TO Choose!
